Retail Elegance: Architectural Image of Shopping Space
Our team captured The $20 million redevelopment of The Village Bacchus Marsh with retail photography. The centre opening in September of 2014 will boast over 40 specialty stores and is the largest retail centre in town. Our team was commissioned to highlight the centre’s features as the completion of the centre breathes a new life into the retail experience. The centre offers both functionality and modern design offerings.
The redevelopment has been a long time coming, with plans first being announced in December 2012. There have been many changes to the original plans including an increase in size and scope of the project. Bacchus Marsh has something to be proud of. A rejuvenated downtown area that promises to bring in more shoppers and encourage more business.
Retail redevelopment benefits locals and visitors alike
All stores are located within easy reach of public transport routes into Melbourne CBD via public transport. The redevelopment has breathed new life into this historic town centre by creating vibrant streetscapes that are now home to lots of exciting shopping – all within easy walking distance from each other!
The result is a much larger centre which includes new restaurants, cafes as well as an entertainment precinct. The Buchan Group approached us with a request to document their development process via retail photography—from demolition to launch—and we couldn’t have been more excited. We’ve always loved working with local businesses on projects like this one!
Our team photographed both interior and exterior shots over two days. We showcased modern design features, including glass panels, steel frames, and spacious customer-friendly layouts. Retail photography and interior design photography helps show off the stunning details of the space whilst making viewers feel relatable.
