Construction site photography for completed industrial warehouses

A photograph showcasing a completed industrial warehouse.

Construction site photography is one of the best ways to present a completed industrial warehouse. It shows the building, office and yard areas in a clear, accurate way that clients and tenants can understand at a glance. Capture Point Media, experts in construction site photography, recently documented Vaughan Constructions’ newly completed warehouse at Bankstown Airport in New South Wales.

Showcasing Vaughan Constructions’ Bankstown Airport warehouse

Vaughan Constructions has delivered a major warehouse facility at Bankstown Airport, along Milperra Road. The project was developed in partnership with Barings Real Estate Australia and Aeria Management Group. The estate covers around 27,500 m² and is designed to target a 6 Star Green Star rating.

This new warehouse adds another strong result to Vaughan Constructions’ portfolio. Our photography focuses on the built quality, layout and key design features so viewers can see why the facility sets a high standard for modern industrial buildings.

Key features of the completed warehouse

A two‑level office and retail store of about 1,500 m² fronts the site. Its full‑height glass façade gives the building a strong street presence and brings natural light into the workspace. Behind the office, the main warehouse spans roughly 10,800 m².

The warehouse includes nine on‑grade doors and four recessed loading docks to support efficient loading and dispatch. A hardstand area about 38 metres wide provides generous truck and manoeuvring space. A 160 m² dock office near the loading area adds extra support for operations and supervision.

Construction site photography for Industrie Clothing’s new space

Industrie Clothing has chosen this new facility as its latest base. Our construction site photography captured both the retail frontage and the back‑of‑house storage areas. The images show how the fit‑out supports the brand while still taking advantage of the underlying base build.

By photographing the building in use, we were able to highlight Vaughan Constructions’ workmanship and Industrie Clothing’s presence as tenant. This creates a strong visual story for owners, builders and tenant alike, and makes it easier to attract future clients and partners.

Why work with construction site photography specialists?

Professional construction site photography does more than record a finished building. It presents the project in a way that supports leasing, sales, submissions and future bids. Clear images of façades, entries, offices, loading docks and yards show exactly what a site can offer.

Capture Point Media focuses on construction and industrial property. Our photographers understand how to work on active or newly completed sites and how to frame each element so it reads well online and in print. We aim to “capture the essence and expertise of your project” and to make sure your work stands out. If you want to showcase your next warehouse or commercial build, our construction site photography can help you present it in the best light.
