However, plans for a tower at 543 Elizabeth Street aim to restore the building’s moderne brick facade, and Capture Point Media’s time-lapse cameras will capture every step of the way.
We will document the restoration of the building’s heritage-listed status, reconditioning of the parapet gables and terrazzo floor, and the reinstatement of some original shopfronts. Additionally, we will capture the removal and replacement of the building’s prominent signage to a new one suitable for its heritage-listed status. This Melbourne development project will create residential towers with apartments over 19 levels above ground car parking on Levels 1-2, 3 levels of basement car parking with access from Peel Street and an additional basement level access via Elizabeth Street.
